Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Atölye 216, a glass and aluminum systems workshop based in Kartal, Istanbul, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

When you fill in the contact form: full name, phone number, product of interest, optional dimensions, and your message.

This information is assembled into a message that your browser sends directly to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) when you submit the form. We do not separately store this data on our own servers or database.

Your data is processed to review your request and respond (site survey/quote process), on the basis of taking steps necessary for a contract and your explicit request, per KVKK Art. 5.

Information you submit via the form reaches us through WhatsApp (Meta) at your own direction; from that point, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy applies.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics for visit statistics — a cookieless service that does not collect personally identifying information (see Privacy Policy).

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, know third parties it's shared with, request correction or deletion, and request that these actions be notified to third parties it was shared with.
